Fair and equal access to the Intelligent Community Network (ICN) will be provided to service providers of any kind. We will be offering two options for service providers to connect to any residential or commercial user on the ICN, which will ensure that almost any provider can reach the ICN and be competitive.

Option 1

If a service provider wants to connect to the ICN at 151 Front Street West, or any of our other 300 On-Net commercial building's in Toronto, they will need to use our existing network facilities between wherever they meet us and the ICN, which there will be a monthly charge for. There will also be a nominal monthly charge for each individual circuit transported to any residential or commercial unit on the ICN.

Option 2

If a service provider is able to meet us with their own fibre or network connection at the ICN POP within Waterfront, we will plug them directly into the ICN switches and they will not incur any monthly charges to connect to the ICN . The only monthly charges will be the cost of each individual circuit transported to any residential or commercial unit on the ICN.
